Corton Beach

24 March, 2007

One of the cool things about living in Norfolk is the access to a huge range of beaches, basically the whole coastline is one long beach!

Recently we went to Corton, a seaside village about 20 minutes away, not the most picturesque beach but naturally Katherine just loved being there. The tide was in but we still had access to a small patch of sand and shingle and here she is loving every minute of it!

Butterflies…

15 March, 2007

With the unseasonal sunshine all the flowers in the garden are looking amazing and attracting the insect life. We have an abundance of ladybirds, bumblebees are starting to appear, and so are butterflies. The hyacinths are of particular interest to the butterflies. Click the picture for a larger image.

I’ve added a link on the Photos page which shows where pictures on the Ruralityimages Flickr page were taken. Only a few locations have been added so far but as the number of pictures increase so will the locations.
